Oscar’s vision was to turn a brand mascot into a plush toy. Starting with reference from a provided 3D asset, minor tweaks were made to the design to translate it into plush form. This included adjusting some of the design’s proportions and figuring out how to recreate the character’s large hat without making the plush top-heavy.
